Registrations

* Note: The deadline to register for participants and students presenting a communication is 31 March 2022 30 April 2022. 

** Are considered students, participants until a PhD degree level. At the registration a copy of the student status will be required.

The registration fee includes

• Access to full Conference programme
• Conference documentation 
• Coffee breaks according to the programme
• Certificate of participation

Registration form

Please register for the conference via the online registration platform, fill in your details carefully. Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The conference registration will only be considered valid upon receipt of valid payment of the registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Policies

Request for cancellation received until 31 March 2022 - 100% refund of the registration fee, less 30€ administrative fees.
Request for cancellation received until 15 May 2022 - 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation request received from 16 May 2022 - no refund will be granted.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to icet2022@leading.pt.

Any bank charges resulting from the cancellation of the registration are the responsibility of the participant.

Data protection

The Congress Organisers recognizes the importance of personal data protection and is acting according to the regulations valid. The information provided during the registration process will be solely used within the scope of the conference activities.
