Oral presentation in parallel sessions (individual submission)
A 15-minute oral presentation of research, either with a theoretical or an empirical focus, related to the themes of one of the networks. Abstracts and presentations may be made in Portuguese or in English.
Oral presentation in a symposium (group submission)
A 90-minutes panel discussion on a common topic or issue, related to the themes of one of the networks. The panel discussion is the responsibility of one organizer, plus it includes three to four interventions representing different perspectives on the common topic or issue. The organizer is assigned the responsibility to submit one single document, presenting the common topic or issue and each individual contribution. Abstracts and presentations may be made in Portuguese or in English.
Each participant can only submit two communications.
Each participant can only organize a single symposium.
At least one of the authors of the accepted papers must register for the conference until the first registration deadline.

The submission, with a maximum of 1500 words - 500 for the general abstract and 250 words per each individual paper of the symposium - (excluding the references section at the end of the text), must consist of a single document, which includes an overview of the common topic orissue, and an overview of each individual contribution. Abstracts must be organized according to the following sections:
All proposals are submitted to a blind peer review process. Abstracts should not contain information about authors or their institutions.
The deadline for submission of communication proposals (fisrt call) is 31 January 2022.
The deadline for the second call is 31 March 2022.
All communications will be published in proceedings with an e-book format. Authors of a set of selected abstracts will be invited to submit it, in the form of an article, to a special issue of Sisyphus – Journal of Education (http://www.ie.ulisboa.pt/sisyphus).
